The system uses advanced PID self-learning Mathematical modeling model allows the furnace temperature to be accurately controlled.
2.Instructions before use
1. After sintering is completed, please remove the teeth together with the crucible. Do not place the sintered teeth directly on the table or other room temperature platform, otherwise the teeth will be cracked, deformed, etc.
2. If the furnace is not used for a long time, it is recommended to raise the furnace table into the furnace to ensure that the furnace is dry. Otherwise, the furnace will be contaminated and the sintering will fail.
3. It is prohibited to lower the furnace manually at high temperatures, otherwise it will cause the furnace, furnace, etc. to burst.
4. This equipment is powered by single-phase AC220V. Do not connect AC380V or AC110V voltage. Otherwise, the internal fuse of the equipment will be burned out, and in severe cases, the equipment may be damaged.
