Dental Health Tips

 

1. Brush your teeth in the morning and evening, and rinse your mouth with water or salt water in time after eating;

2. The brushing time should be long enough, preferably about 3 minutes each time;

3. After eating sweets and drinking carbonated drinks, you can rinse your mouth with water first, and then brush your teeth after 30 minutes;

5. Choose toothpaste according to oral health needs, and advocate the use of fluoride toothpaste to prevent dental caries
