CoCrMoW is a kind of Stellite alloy, which is a kind of hard alloy that can with stand various types of wear and corrosion as well as high temperature oxidation.Commonly known as cobalt – based alloys.

Product Features
Print Powder can not be mixed with other kinds of powder for printing. Clean up before printing. The printed powder have to be sieved and used before second used.
Heat Treatment
After printing, put the printing parts and the substrate together into the vacuum furnace, heat up to 950-1050°C,keeping 1-2 hours and then cool down to 500 °Cbefore pick up form the furnace.
Polish
The use of tungsten steel carfor grinding the repair body, thedental crown needs to bepolished to bright with thecarbide bur.
Sand Blast
Clean the impurities with sandblasting machine.
Pre-oxidation
Heat the printed crown in aporcelain furnace to 980°C for 1-2 minutes.
Porcelain
Complete the work order in accordance with the end user’s requirements.
